For a number of years I've wanted a vinyl cutting machine... ever since a buddy of mine who had one made me a set of "Supercharged" decals for my 1994 Vortech Supercharged Z28.  Well, it just so happened that my buddy was no longer interested in doing vinyl "stuff" but wanted to get back into playing the drums.   So, he sold me his vinyl machine... very cool!

Anyway, I can make almost all the vinyl overlays and inserts commonly available for the 4th Generation Camaro / Firebird / Trans Am.  I can do custom stuff as well... so long as I don't have to spend a lot of time designing it because then it just gets too expensive.

I'm not looking to make a killing on this stuff and I'm sure after looking at the prices below you'll find I'm cheaper than most out there. In addition to being cheaper, I'm probably even using better and longer lasting vinyl!

First off, a little about the vinyl and colors.

Everything on this page which is ordered in a "standard" color will be of the very high grade high performance vinyl.   This vinyl has an exterior life of  7 to 10 YEARS.   Many places that sell these overlays and inserts don't even offer this vinyl because of its higher cost.

I don't stock as much reflective, metallic, or specialty type vinyls as I do the regular colors.  However, that doesn't mean that if you really want something in metallic or a reflective color I don't have that I won't make it for you.  It'll be a little more expensive and if it isn't a really off the wall color, email me and I'll consider ordering a roll of it.  It takes only a day for me to get the vinyl so if we do work something out, your order won't be delayed that much.

Several 4th gen guys have added a retro look to their Camaro by installing the older style Z/28 emblems.  I've made these inserts to fit perfectly in the original Z/28 emblem indentations.  Not sure if these will fit replica emblems or not because I designed them off an original GM emblem.  The emblem in the picture to the right is in pretty bad shape before I added the inserts but even if you have new emblems, these inserts would be great to either change the color or add a subtle reflective vinyl to your emblem! These are sold in pairs (one for each fender) and you get your choice of two colors.  I'll throw in one free one as an extra in case you mess up the install so you get three :)  Note: this was an old emblem and I bead blasted it to clean it up... didn't hold up to well to that so I don't recommend you doing this to yours!

For the 1993-1997.  This is a Chevrolet  bowtie meant to fit over the bowtie emblem between the fog lights.  The black doesn't look good on my car in the pictures here but I just stuck that on there to get a picture for here then pulled it back off. :)  I can make them in all the colors so you can spice up your bowtie to make it stand out a bit more (mine is yellow so already stands out pretty good. These are vinyl decals to go on your mirror.  They come in sets of 2 so you can have one for each mirror or a spare.  The vinyl shown in the picture to the right is a special "etchmark" vinyl made to look like etched glass.  I can make these either in the etchmark vinyl, silver, or black (at a special request I can do most my other standard colors).

The saying to the right is the most popular but if you want to keep it more generic, some have been getting "OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE IMPORTS" or "OBJECTS IN MIRROR DISAPPEAR QUICKLY".  If you don't specify which you want, you'll get the Mustang one :)

These are vinyl decals that exactly mimic the real SS emblems... for example, they have the same exact size, look, and style.  The only difference is they are made of vinyl and not actual emblems.  SS emblems are around $30 per emblem.   These can be made in your choice two colors... the main portion of the SS and then the outline.

This is for the SS owners out there who want something a little different.  If you are an SS owner you know the SS emblems come in only two styles... black with a red outline and black with a silver outline.  These overlays fit EXACTLY over the black portion of your real SS emblem thus allowing you to actually change the appearance of your SS emblem without sacrificing the 3D emblem look!  I designed this because I like my real black with red outlined SS emblem but wanted to put reflective black over the black portion of the SS while retaining the original red outline.  I used some less expensive gold vinyl to do the designing and test fitting and realized that other people might want to actually change colors instead of just adding the same "black" but in reflective.  These are very cool :-)

Made this one to get rid of the plaque on the inside of your Camaro which states the obvious.  Plus, these letters will often get worn so this is a good way for you to "fix" the worn letters!

These are designed to fit in the indentation on the steering wheel air bag cover.  I had a request to make these so figured "what the heck" and gave it a shot.  They came out looking very good!  These are very small and thus require extreme care when installing.  The install will be similar to Install Instructions #1 but it is extremely critical here that you clean the area VERY GOOD with rubbing alcohol.  You must get all hints of Armoral or any type of vinyl protectant OFF the area where the inserts will go.  If you don't these will not stick properly!

I had a request to make these for a guy who had some white faced gauges.  This is a four color vinyl decal that is only 1" wide!  It is made to fit on your white faced gauge face.  I should have some pics soon of what it looks like installed.  Even though this decal is small at 1" wide, it is expensive compared to some of my other items because it is extremely labor intensive to make and put together so consider the below price CHEAP! :)   Also, if you want something like this but a bit larger than 1", let me know... I can make that too and it won't be all that much more money.

Reflective at night

This decal allows only light to shine through the area where decal is cutout.  Installation is a little difficult because it takes time to "rub out" and stretch the vinyl over the bends of the light.  It's not hard, just takes a few minutes of rubbing.  This process can be quickened by use of a hair dryer though!  Reflective colors are not available because the vinyl needs to be able to "stretch" and the reflective doesn't stretch too well.  Also, the picture to the right is only an example, if you want your name here or something else, let me know and I'll see if I can do it for ya! Best way to install this is to align the screw holes then go from there. Note: For offroad or show use only as they will slightly restrict the light output of the 3rd brake light ;-)

These are sold in pairs... one for each seat.  The vinyl I use is, like I mention above, very high quality... enough so that it will stick without problems to the 4th Gen Leather seats!  The decals you see here have been installed for about three months and the customer indicates they are sticking very good and he sees no issues with them.  I've had a test set on my door panel for over six months now and no problems so I now feel comfortable selling these to you guys!  You just need to be sure to prep the surface well.  Use plenty of rubbing alcohol to clean the surface good prior to install.  If you try to install these on top of Armoral, they will not stick!

Pictured here are only examples of a dual color headrest decal.  I can do Z28, CAMARO, about anything you'd like.  Chrome and Reflective Vinyls are not available for this type application because the decals need to be very pliable like my standard high quality vinyl.  I believe the reflective will be too thick to use on leather/vinyl surfaces.

These decals have been designed to overlay the existing graphics which already exist on your car.  Or, if a previous owner removed them, you may want to add them back!  I noticed that with about every early 4th gen I saw the lettering and bird were severely faded so I custom made these as a solution :)  These are sold together. 

So far I have designed the following graphics as pictured to the right.  Depending on your year and model will depend on which you need.   Please indicate which style wording you'd like (1 thru 5) and also which style bird (a,b,c).

Note:  These will come out best if you use rubbing compound and completely remove the faded graphic that is there.  Follow this with a polishing glaze and you'll have a rear panel that looks like new!  If you have many scratches or your rear panel is very bad, start off with some very fine sand paper like 600 or 1000 grit and then move on to the compound.

Reflective "Firebird" and bird

Due to the letters on the headlight not being "flat" and instead rounded, these are not available in reflective vinyl.

These are sold in pairs... one for each seat.  The vinyl I use is, like I mention above, very high quality... enough so that it will stick without problems to the 4th Gen Leather seats!  The decals you see here have been installed for about three months and the customer indicates they are sticking very good and he sees no issues with them.  I've had a test set on my door panel for over six months now and no problems so I now feel comfortable selling these to you guys!  You just need to be sure to prep the surface well.  Use plenty of rubbing alcohol to clean the surface good prior to install.  If you try to install these on top of Armoral, they will not stick!

Pictured here are only examples.  I can do the words Trans Am, Firebird, Formula, etc. or the birds pictured above.  Chrome and Reflective Vinyls are not available for this type application because the decals need to be very pliable like my standard high quality vinyl.  I believe the reflective will be too thick to use on leather/vinyl surfaces.
